SEC Reg CF Offerings Are Live on CrowdDiligence

· Product updates

Browse live US equity crowdfunding offerings sourced from SEC EDGAR, see reported financial figures at a glance, and become a DD Lead to start a collaborative review.

US equity crowdfunding offerings are now live in **[Up for Grabs](/up-for-grabs)** on CrowdDiligence. The list is sourced from filings submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through EDGAR. It gives investors a place to find an open Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offering and begin a structured, collaborative due diligence review.

What is Up for Grabs?

Each card represents an offering available for someone to take the lead on reviewing. You can browse issuers, see the funding target, deadline, platform and type of security, then claim an available offering as a **DD Lead** at no cost. You do not need to be the issuer or to have invested in the campaign.

Claiming an offering starts a due diligence workspace. The DD Lead organises the review into topics and findings, documents questions and evidence, and prepares it for approval before the analysis becomes an active CrowdDiligence project. Other investors can then contribute their own assessments. A claim is a commitment to do the work, not a recommendation to invest.

What comes from the SEC?

Our SEC EDGAR synchronisation checks recent Reg CF filings for new offerings and changes to existing ones. Eligible live equity and equity-like offerings, including SAFEs where classified as such, can be added to Up for Grabs automatically. Offerings that have expired or been marked as terminated no longer appear as available. This means the list changes as filings and deadlines change; it is not a fixed count of campaigns.

For offerings that disclose them in the Form C data, cards also show a compact snapshot of the **latest reported fiscal year**: revenue, net income, cash and employee count. These numbers come from issuer-reported filings. They are historical figures, not live trading data or independent verification. If a filing does not provide a figure, we leave it blank rather than inventing one. Always read the original filing and supporting documents before drawing conclusions.

Why this matters

Finding an offering is easy. Understanding what is known, what remains unverified and what to ask next is harder. CrowdDiligence separates the source material from the community’s analysis: the SEC filing supplies disclosures; DD Leads and contributors examine the evidence, identify gaps and record their reasoning. Neither a filing nor a CrowdDiligence review removes investment risk.
