Become a DD Lead
A DD Lead is the named analyst of record on a CrowdDiligence project. DD Leads claim open equity crowdfunding offerings, define the analytical framework, moderate community findings and are credited on the final published report. There is no fee to claim an offering or publish a DD.
What a DD Lead does
- Selects a due-diligence template and adjusts weighted topics to fit the offering.
- Lists specific findings under each topic — the questions that need answering.
- Invites community assessments and moderates biased or off-topic contributions.
- Submits the completed project for admin approval and publication.
