Open DD leads — claim an equity crowdfunding offering

This page lists equity crowdfunding offerings that are open for a DD Lead to claim. The list is live and mixes two sources: US SEC Regulation Crowdfunding offerings imported directly from the SEC EDGAR JSON feed (every Form C filing appears here shortly after submission) and European ECSPR offerings added by our editorial pipeline. Any qualified DD Lead can claim any listed offering, free of charge, and become its named analyst on record.

How claiming works

  1. Sign in and complete the DD Lead onboarding.
  2. Pick an offering from the live list and claim it. Claims last seven days and expire automatically if the DD is not started.
  3. Apply a due-diligence template, define topics and findings, and open the project for community scoring.
  4. When ready, submit the project for admin approval and publication.

Anti-spam rules

A user can hold at most three active claims at once. Unclaimed or rejected offerings are automatically released back to the pool.
