US SEC Regulation Crowdfunding — coverage
CrowdDiligence imports every US SEC Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) Form C filing from the SEC EDGAR JSON feed. Each imported offering appears on our open-DD-leads page and is claimable, free of charge, by any qualified DD Lead. This page describes what is currently available, what is on the roadmap and how to use the platform's SEC Reg CF coverage today.
Available today
- EDGAR import. Form C filings from the SEC EDGAR JSON feed are imported automatically. Filings appear on /up-for-grabs shortly after submission.
- Claim workflow. Any qualified DD Lead can claim an offering. Claims last seven days and expire automatically.
- DD workspace. A claimed offering has the same structured workspace as any other CrowdDiligence project: templates, weighted topics, community scoring and admin approval before publication.
- Public search link. Each imported offering shows a direct SEC EDGAR search URL for the underlying Form C filing.
On the roadmap
A dedicated US investor landing experience and direct per-filing Form C URL derivation are in preparation. These features are not yet available and are clearly labelled as roadmap items when referenced elsewhere on the site.
Regulatory context
SEC Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) allows US issuers to raise up to $5 million per twelve-month period from retail and accredited investors through FINRA-registered funding portals. Every offering must file Form C with the SEC before soliciting investors. CrowdDiligence's coverage supplements Form C with independent, community-scored due diligence.
